It's say I need the Causes token to un-like pages, but the new Access Token Bookmarklet doesn't have the Causes app in the list. Only Xperia, Blackberry, Skype, and Samsung.

None of those work in mass un-liking pages. It actually say it right on the button, "Un-like Pages (Need Causes Token)"

you can insert this id manually on get token bookmarklet.
